Although I really only wanted to get just 2 songs ("Gangsta's Paradise" by Coolio, and "This Is the Life" by Wendy & Lisa) from the Dangerous Minds: Music From The Motion Picture album, since the mp3 version didn't allow any of the songs on this album to be bought individually (like they often do) and rather, said "Album Only" I decided to get it on CD -- as I usually do when there is a choice /5().

  1.  · Thanks to Coolio's monolithic single "Gangsta's Paradise," the soundtrack to Michelle Pfeiffer's urban school drama tore up the charts. Even with a single as powerful as Coolio's masterpiece, the Dangerous Minds soundtrack wouldn't have stayed at the top of the charts, selling over three million copies, if there was only one good song on the album.. Like many soundtracks of the mid-'90s /10(12).
